Flushing PS Fluid-Which Fluid To Use?
I plan on replacing my power steering fluid come spring time. I was wondering what you guys recomend? Reason for the flush is my pretty heavy steering. It sure doesnt feel normal to me. Drove a C5Z06 and a C6Z06 both have much lighter steering then my 21K Miles WS6.
Anyone have any thoughts?

No, I haven't driven another F-Body. I know the C5-C6 steering feel is different, but all im saying is that they were much lighter in feel (easier to turn the wheel) then my 99 WS6.
The only reason im throwing the idea of it being the fluid is based on what other LS1Tech members told me. I myself am not too sure on what or even if its a problem....

You're talking about two different suspension geometries, centers of gravity, and wheelbases, which all figure into the equation. Therefore, it's not just the steering gear that influences how the car reacts when you apply input to the steering wheel. I don't know if the steering rack ratios are the same, either, and that too, will make a difference.
Also, in my particular case, the Z-28 has 70,000 miles on it's components, whereas the C-5 has only 15,000. Therefore, just minor wear in these components make it difficult to do an "apples to apples" comparison.
