Default What LCA's/alignment question

I'm looking into some LCA's to tighten up the car. I wll be adding relo. brackets and a adj. PHB as well.
I'm wondering which setup would be the best. Adjustable or non adjustable? Poly/poly or poly/rod bushing. This is for a daily driven street car with little drag use, my main concern is handling/comfort. I plan on buying everything from Sam Strano.
I was also wondering what the reccomend alignment specs are. The car is lowered with Sam's springs (about 1.2 in.) Main conern here is tire wear and handling. As it sits right now the left camber angle is at +0.4 and the right is at -0.4 leaving with 1.0 degree total of cross camber, the right side is maxed out for positive adjustments. If needed i was planning on installing camber correction bushings on the upper control arms.
Sorry for long post, thanks in advance.
