Weird suspension issue?
Weird suspension issue? Lately, when I'm driving my car, the v6 firebird, the rear of the car feels like it's shimmying around. I literally feel like I'm all over the road and it's kinda scary sometimes when it's raining. It's weird. I did put a new rear end in 2 years ago, could loose bolts be causing this? The bolts feel okay, but maybe there is something I'm missing?
If anyone has any idea what I could do to make the car drive straight and stop shimmying, I'd appreciate it!

Ok, I'll check into that, but to be fair, it feels like the rear of the car is swaggering around. Could the issue you described cause the problems I'm having?
The word "lately" caught my attention. Seems this is something that wasn't always there.... First thing is first, you need to make sure nothing is loose, and the LCA bushings are not falling apart.
My bet is the shocks have just simply had it. Trashed shocks will cause a huge amount of instability and wandering. And they can also cause a shimmy or vibration when they can no longer do a good job of keeping the tire in contact with the road.
