Default E.t. gains from bushings?

so i am going to do my motor mounts and tranny mount along with the tq arm bushing. Will this yiled and et gains? I heard the tranny mount and tq arm bushings rob power and new one will help plant it. is this correct any experince would be great.

they don't rob power, but they can prevent power from really reaching the pavement...ie...wheel hop.

if you're not getting traction, than they may help.

but i wouldn't expect any noticable drop in time
