Default Strano springs are on(review) (before/after pics)

I recently had strano springs put on my camaro that i think may have came with springs from a silverado ( yes it was that lifted)... i have worked on some apperance mods this past month, this thread is just for showing the before and....DRASTICCCCC after pics lol....

AFTER::

as far as the springs i actually love them!.. they definitely have the perfect stance and not that "slammed" look some other springs give nor do i have to worry about sagging like one of my friends with the pro kit, also the springs feel really stiff and i really like the way they ride.. good product

Sweet! Looks really good now!
How many miles did you have on the springs when you took the photos?
Also what shocks did you go with?

You should have gotten the shocks first. Get the Konis, if you don't, you will regret it. Ride in a well setup Koni car, and you will kick yourself in the nuts. Don't cheap out on shocks, single biggest improvement you can make to the dynamics of these cars.

Why do f-bodies always look like the rear end is sagging with lowering springs?

I don't think it looks saggy...maybe you do because the rear wheel wells aren't cut as tall/open. If you look at the rocker panel you'll see his car is not tail down....

And before I forget--Thank you for taking the time to post your results and pictures. That really is invaluable to me. I'm very glad you are pleased with your springs because I worked hard on specing them out to get exactly what I wanted.

It doesn't look like the rear is sagging to me either. If anything it looks like it has about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch of rake, which looks good and is good for corner exit handling.

what is the typical drop with these? i want to go with a tsp dumped dual setup but also kinda want to lower it in the future, but am worried it might be too low and would scrape constantly....

how are these with the stock shocks?

Typically about 1.2".

Too low? I don't think so, look at the OP's car, it's far from slammed there are many more springs that are lower than mine are.

Stock shocks aren't very good for stock springs. You can use my spring on stock shocks (again the OP here is), but that's not the best result, and fwiw, that's the case for any lowering spring not just mine.

Can we expect them to drop a little more after a month or so? I realize that some springs will settle down a bit after some time.

I wasnt saying it looked to low, it looks great but it seems with any dumped dual setup even at stock ride height clearance is sometimes an issue. I need to find someone on the board that has tsp duals and your springs.

Wow 4x4 FTL! That really was a drastic change. That's a beautiful Z you got, I'm a sucker for white and the CME tops it off.

x2 on the stance being perfect. I have the same setup and love it.
