Default What thread is the rear rubber brake hose?

Getting ready to pull the rear end out of my car and want to disconnect the rubber brake hose from the hard line that runs under the car. I'd like to plug the line to keep fluid from draining out of the master and so it doesn't make a mess. Ideally I'd use a union and a plug and thread it onto the hard line.

Do any of you know exactly what type of fitting is used, and what size it may be. All I really know about it is a 14mm wrench fits on it. Any ideas?

The hose end is a M12x1 drill point seat.

Is it possible to get some sort of metal cap or plug for this?
