Default QA1 R or QA1 F for my set-up

I have a 94 z28 currently pushing 400at the tire with a sts turbo set-up. Anyways I was looking to upgrade the front struts to either QA1 R or QA1 F Struts to help with weight transfer. My question is allot of people seem to bottom out there car from a launch with these struts. I'm running the sts turbo kit and I have a pipe underneath the k-member has about 2" of ground cleareance. I really hate to bottom out with that pipe in the way. I heard QA1 R struts have a better rebound. Would I be okay with these struts?

I would go with the QA1 F with 300lb spring's... If you are worried about bottoming out this set up should be fine.
