I've been running that setup since 98. Never had an issue. I think all the swaybars out there are good quality. ST has been around for a long while. I don't think you could go wrong with that setup.

One thing I've always like about Suspension Techniques is that their springs are specific rate so they handle better than variable rate. They are serious about handling, not looks.

ST has been around a long time. The bar quality is very, very good. But the set is not right. A 25mm (which is actually 25.4mm as it's really 1") is way too big for the best balance. If I thought a 25 rear was correct for handling, I'd use it. I don't. But I do use a 35mm front so that ought to tell you something about what I think about the balance.

Springs: Suck. Yeah, linear rate, but the rates are screwball. Too soft in front, stiffer in the rear than I think they need to be.. and as a set it's too rear stiff. For example, where my springs (which have a proven record of handling prowess along with my swaybas) are 550/150, the ST's are 400/160 (and fwiw the LS1 Pro-kits are 400/137 working rate).

Every company will do something to claim they are serious about handling. I sell ST (now owned by KW Suspension) parts, and if though they were the answer you can bet that I'd use a lot more of it. MHO.

I've had the 35mm/25mm front/rear Suspension Techniques sway bar set on my car - as Sam Strano stated above, the rear bar is too big, and both bars are solid - they weigh a ton. I ended up swapping both out for Sam's hollow 35mm front and hollow 22mm rear bars - that is a much more balanced setup for handling.

I'll be selling my ST bars, but I'll only sell them local - I'm not paying to ship those heavy bastards (unless someone ponies up the money).

I had a set of ST lowering springs on my 3rd gen car. They seemed to work well, but that was 20 years ago....

I am using a ST bar up front. It is huge and heavy. I think you
could use it for softball. I ended up using a 1le rear bar.
