Default Eibach anti roll sway bars.

How tight should the nuts and bolts be? When the car is all jack up with no weight on the wheels, there is space between the bushings and swaybar ends. Is this normal

You really need to have the car's weight on the wheels, when setting the sway bar links. Car ramps, some 2x10s under the wheels, a floor jack under each lower control arm, a drive on lift.... Any would be helpful.

Once you do that, just get both sides equally "snug". No need to break out the 10" wrenches....
