EBC drilled and slotted rotors?

EBC drilled and slotted rotors? Trying to install the EBC rotors myself but I was reading that I need to put two lug nuts on and check for runout?Should I put them on myself or take it to get them put on?I'm pretty sure I can take them off and put them on but I dont know will I have a problem with runout or what is it?Any suggestions will really help.
