Default spring question

Whats the difference between Lt1 springs and ls1 springs? I have a set of prokit rear springs I had for my ls1 and picked up a set of front springs for the front. I know they are prokits but they are the 93-97 front springs. Will my ls1 rear springs work on an lt1. Will the lt1 springs work on an ls1. Bascially trying to find out what the difference between the springs are

From 93-02 the springs are interchangeable.
This is in the suspension "Sticky".

The springs are interchangeable, as in you can use the LT1 prokit in a LS1, and LS1 prokit in a LT1.
I didn't say the were the same; just interchangeable.
LS1 prokit = too soft(frt&rr)
LT1 prokit = too soft(rr)

The '93-'97 cars had an iron block engine, whereas the '98-'02 cars had a lighter aluminum block. The springs were supposedly a different rate, to compensate for this difference. However, some people say that Eibach's "QC" took a vacation with the LS-1 ProKits, and the springs weren't always that good.
