Default Lowering front and Hose mod rear or??

Trying to decide If I should lower the front only and do the hose mod rear or If I should get a full set of springs... looking at BMR springs right now bc of their sale.. let me know what you think.. I could spend the extra $75 on something else..

So you think it wouldn't be worth the extra $75 for the rear springs when I can just do the hose mod? Your car looks good! Do bilsteins drop the car any over stock?

You might want to try the hose mod first and see if it is low enough for you. It worked out well on my Formula, but my T/A still sits too high after doing it.

Yea I ordered just the front for now, and am going to try the hose mod, and then depending on the results may order the rears to match. As long as this happens before BMR's sale I will only be out $5 do order the front and rears separate..

You could buy koni's from the front and stick with the stock springs on the lower perch. IMO shocks are infinitely more important to get than springs. Granted Koni's are about as much as a set of shocks and springs from most anyone else but the handling is better and you have more room to grow... if handling is what you are looking for anyway. Just a thought.

I'm a drag racer at heart, and just want the car to look better. I don't want a crappy ride, but I'm never going to road course it..

In that case lowering springs would not be your best option. They are stiffer than desired. Do the hose mod in the rear with stock springs and get some strange front shocks with probably 300lb front springs (talk to the guys your order from first though). I think Strano might sell this and I know BMR does. It's not really meant for street use but many of the guys that are into drag racing swear by them (and of course afco... but that's a hell of a lot more money) and run those cars on the street as well. Hope that helps.

I know that would be optimum, but I don't have the money for it right now. I already ordered BMR fronts and am planning on the hose mod rear. I am just more or less asking if the hose mod coupled with the springs up front will look good, or If I should have ordered rear springs also.. Eventually Yes I will/ want to get strange DA's up front.. Thanks for the help!

Do you have any pictures of it lowered yet? I've got BMR's all around and my rear is slammed!!!! But it might just be because of my 315/30/18's in the rear. But I think it lowered my car more than what it was suppose to!!

How the rear is sitting now was after I took out the rear isolators and put a 1" spacer in the place of it to raise the rear of the car about 1/2"

so if you took the isolator out but added a 1/2" spacer is it at about the same height that it would have been at with the isolator left in and the new springs?
that stance looks perfect.
