Need help with 4 channel system

Need help with 4 channel system I am installing a set of Wilwood rear brakes and I was taking off the old stuff I noticed that the RR and LR brake lines use different diameter fittings. Too bad for me because my new brake lines are the same (both of which don't match up to either fitting on the car now) Does anyone know the sizes for the 2 fittings on the 4 channel rears? I am going to get some adapters to make it work.
Also does anyone know a good place to get hydraulic adapters I went driving around today and autozone and advanced didn;t have anything that would work
