Default would like some info on suspension

i got a spohn adjustable panhard bar on my camaro and was wonderin on how to make sure it was adjusted right my car feels a little loose on turns just lookin for advice

also what do you guys think of the BMR k-member i just bought a fairly used one waitin to install it

and one more thing i also have a spohn torque arm and it has adjustable ends on it also would like to know how to make sure its right

and i also have no sway bars would it be a good idea to get some or not i kinda am thinking of getting some but not sure yet

i think the obvious answer to why it feels 'loose' in turns is the complete LACK of swaybars. that would be the first thing to fix, before bothering with alignment of a PHB. sways are put on cars for a reason. unless all you do is stab & steer drag racing, you need swaybars. there is much more to racing then just a straight line, after all.
