Bleeding brakes without eng on?

Default Bleeding brakes without eng on?

I'm bolting up my eng in the next week or so and I know I need the engine running for the booster to work but I need brakes to break it in...

So the question is can I bleed them with out it running at least just to get me in the ballpark?

I have never blead my brakes with the engine running.

Me either...

I use that suction, self bleeder set up I bought for the auto store.

I always did to make sure the pin went all the way through the Master. Just never did it without running...Thanks!!
