Default need help with alignment specs

I recently rebuilt the front end and had firestone do an alignment but the outside edges of the front tires have been wearing pretty quickly. I've already been through a few sets of used tires on the front. Could someone maybe recommend new specs for me to give them this time because i plan on buying new tires all around. The car is lowered with BMRs old springs. Heres the spec sheet from before:
LF RF cross
camber -.04 -.07 .03
caster 5.16 4.90 .26
toe -.02 -.01 -.03

how many miles on your suspension? worn components can let your alignment slip pretty quickly.
