Default Question about spacer on top of springs

My friend called me today and was asking about a part that was on top of his springs (I think, I didn't actually get to look at what it was)

He described it as a sort of 1 inch spacer. He was thinking there was a 2 inch equivilant he could buy somewhere to give his back wheels some more room in the well?

I'm not really sure on this part, so any info about it would be helpful. Also if anyone knows where he could get something like it.

I think he's referring to the spring isolator. In the rear, its like a "hat" that sits on top of the spring. It only provides about 1/2 inch in ride height compared to a car running without.

There are differences between a 93-97 version of the isolator and the 98-02 versions.

The 98-02 versions are a tick thicker, probably less than 1/4" and they are softer.
