Default Do lower control arms wear out?

I have Hotchkis LCAs on the car for 40,000 miles. Anything I should be looking out for like grease leaking from bushings?
Thanks

The bushings aren't sealed, and if you just grease them a lot, you will get some coming out. The bushings can wear and deform, and as much as I'd love to sell you new arms--I highly doubt there is anything wrong with your current set.
