Default WATTS link and a moser 9"???

will it fit? looking at my PHR there is like a fngers thickness of space between the bar and the closest part of my moser 9". looking at pics of the watts link it looks like there are other rod end parts that are on the side facing the pumpkin and im wondering if it will fit with no problems? anyone have a watts link with a moser 9" and lowered preferably?

The only rear end that a watts wont fit is the fabricated 9inch rear.

Would a watts link be really beneficial if you are just taking the car to a drag strip? I can see if you're autoxing or road racing. I suppose if the car squats a lot then it's possible the rear axle's toe could change???

The toe should not change at all since there is nowhere for any kind of adjustment. From everything i have read, a watts will not help nor hurt you if you are just drag racing. But it will make an improvement for street driving. At least thats what everyone has said that has installed it. They noticed an immediate difference street driving.

I would think it would help in a drag racing situation. The back of a drag car really squats down when launching. The watts link would keep the rear centered instead of the PHB pushing it to the side. Although I'm not sure exactly how much it would help.

It makes the car feel more planted. It makes a big difference in the way the car handles. It
seems more stable on the street in a drag race.If you want the best of both worlds then
you should by one.If you only drag race on the strip than it might not be a good investment.I installed a watts link on my car about three weeks ago.The thing is truely amazing.I talked to Jim fay last week and he told me that it will not work on a fabricated 9 inch rear.It will work on a 12 bolt, dana s60,and a 9 inch.Call Sam Strano or Jim fay if you have any questions.
