ABS inop & asr off HELP!!!!!

ABS inop & asr off HELP!!!!! I know this has been asked several times and from all the post I've I have yet to find a solution.
Heres what happened I was backing up and turned my steering wheel to the left ( guess i might of maxed it) becuase when i hit the brakes to put it in drive an turn right i felt my brake pedal pump. Next thing I know my ABS inop & asr off lights are on. What could have happened? I though maybe my tire might of yank off the abs wire but i've check and they're still plugged in... im going to check tonight but is there anything i should look for or is there a way to reset the ABS?
Please help those lights are annoying?
