Konis Adjuster Broken?

Konis Adjuster Broken?

Well I've had my Konis on for 3yrs now never really had to adjust the fronts till recently..

I went to make an adjustment on the front 4 SA and I got it to full soft so I could count the turns and now it just spins.....

Any suggestions besides contacting Koni for a warranty.?

I just filled out the warranty info request and faxed it over with my original receipt.

I selected the advanced replacement option so hopefully I can get a new one in the mail soon!

I've had them freeze and break off, but never "strip".

Good luck. Get them on soon ... TWS is in 4 weeks!

4 weeks before I get a replacement...oh crap! Still on back order at Koni USA

Oh well, at least I can say the warranty service is worth it!

I have a pair of front DAs sitting on the shelf you can borrow to get you through this replacement period.

Thanks mitch it's only the drivers side one for now, I'm checking the other one later on today when it cools down!

I know I've been complaining bout the texas heat, but dang....!!! Its hard to ignore!

Back Online!

After checking closely if was both sides, adjusters just spun freely, like stripped. Contacted Koni USA. Had them sitting for a month but they finally in.

Fresh set of Konis SA in the front

hell yes feels great using the warranty!

I stiffened them up a little more. Feels really good. Cant wait for Oct!
