ABS INOP and TCS dash lights on

ABS INOP and TCS dash lights on I mistakenly cut a green wire and yellow wire woven togther in the wiring harness n front of battery box. I fixed the wires but now my abs and tcs lights on thedash are on. I also checked all the fuses and they are ok. Anybody have any suggestions and does anyone know if those wires go to the abs? thanks
