Exclamation Spohn Torque arm wont clear exhaust. What to do?

I am in the process of installing a moser 9" and ran into a problem. the rearend is cocked back on the driver side and we found out that is b/c the shopn Torque arm is not siding in because the bottom of the TA that sort of rounds up is hitting my y pipe of my 3in exhaust. What should I do? if I hammer it down, ill prob. have to do it quite a bit, what could I use to do it with the exhaust still on under the car? Any suggestions?
