Default Caliper Bolts

Ok I have went back and forth and have tried almost every hex key I can... I have a 1996 Z... Stock brake system... Im trying to change the pads on it but I wanted to know are the caliper bolts a hex, star or torque key? and also what size, if someone can help id greatly appreciate it thanks

Should be a 3/8 hex.

I jsut tried that not too long ago, it doesnt go in for some reason, few people told me it could be a star if it GM but I know GM uses hex mainly... on my V^ 1995 camaro is a hex...

I also tried a 10mm hex on it... the bolt has 6 sides... so it should be a hex, unless the torque keys have 6 sides too, do they?
