dif slipping...
Sharp left hand turns, not a problem, seems to transfer nicely once the inside tire starts slipping. I hook nicely coming out of the corner or I can kick out and drift very easily.
Sharp right hand turns, inside tire will spin for several entire seconds before the dif transfers to the outside tire. Very tough to hook coming out of tight right hand corners and forget about a kick out & drift.
Car has only 34k miles on. Stock drivetrain. What's the deal here?

My diff is having problems too. At the drag strip while doing a burnout only one tire would spin some of the times, other times both would spin. Probaly need to take it in and have it looked at. Haven't tried any autocrossing with it like this.

That is the way a Torsen diff will act.
The torsen will transfer 2.3 times as much torque to the wheel with grip (wheel that spins the slowest). But, if the inside wheel is unloaded in a turn and the rear sway bar and engine torque are trying to lift it off the ground, it will have little grip, this causes the torsen to only be able to transfer "little power" and the rest is used to spin the wheel that is nearly off the ground (relative to the others). That is why everyone likes to use the T2R for autocross use. It is not a diff problem, it is a problem diff. There is a difference.
Good luck!

GThe rotation of the driveshaft tries to lift the right wheel (this is why non posi equipped cars spin the righe rear tire, the torque of the driveshaft lifts that wheel slightly resulting in uneven traction and grip....and one wheel spins), by being "light" it has less grip than the other side. By turning right, you are shifting even more weight to the outside of the car and that wheel now has very little weight on it, so it spins. Turning just aggrivates a 'bad" situation.
Have fun!!

Here is one link I have found so far. http://www.globalwest.net/torsen_tra...fferential.htm
My 99 does the same thing. There is a good write up on the T2R and how it works.

Torsens Homepage http://www.torsen.com/
Thunder Racing is listed as a Global West ditributor. I would think that you could call and see if they can get one and what pricing is.
