Which V6 springs for racing????

Which V6 springs for racing???? I heard that v6 springs from 93 to 02 F bodies were good for better lunches but there are several different spring rates out there for the rear. So simply what spring code is the best or does it matter? On my 94 camaro, I currently have lower control arms, adjustable torque arm, subframes, tower strut bar and its stock height(i dont plan on lowering it). Any help is welcomed thanks.
