If this is the front upper spring mount, you are going to want to only use the GM replacement part for that. All of the aftermarket ones as well as the auto store replacements fail. So far, I've only seen the factory ones hold up. You're going to need to bite the bullet and order them from GM parts direct or your local GM dealer parts counter. You might find them online through Scoggins-Dickey for cheaper than a local dealer, but yeah, you HAVE to buy the Genuine GM part for that or your asking for more trouble. This is a common problem for our cars. We have to buy the upper mounts from the factory. Also, when you you put it back together, buy some stainless steel nuts for the upper shock nuts or use antisieze on the shock nuts. The passenger upper shock mount area retains water and rusts the crap out of the shock and it's impossible to get off. Most of the time you have to cut it off or use a "heat" wrench.

Good Luck.

after doing some research I came to the conclusion that I was going to have to use gm parts
I was able to find the mounts
(1) LH 22146933
and
(1) RH 22146934

those were available but
front spring seat (93-02) = 22099275
I cannot find

Did you try going to a dealer counter and asking? That part number could be superseded by a new one. I've had this happen with other parts before and the guys at the counter were able to do a lookup.

According to gmpartsdepartment the part number is still good, some parts for the front shock assemblies have been discontinued like the upper isolators and bumpstops so I wouldnt be suprised if this was too.

I didnt know the perch/seat was hard to find, I ended up buying junk shock assemblies out of a wrecked f-body for parts and I stole the spring perch/seats off them.

I would hit up the junkyards or make a post in the "Parts wanted" section, I'm sure somebody has to have some laying around because a lot of aftermarket shocks(like KYB's) come with their own perches installed. Even ebay has junk shock assemblies listed all over the place.

Heres a set of shocks, just rob what you need
