Default Yanked the E-brake too hard???

I wasn't thinking about it and I pulled the E-brake kinda hard today when I parked my SS and I noticed that after that it (the E-brake) doesn't work at all now. I put the handle down and pulled it up again (normally this time) and put the car in 1st, let out the clutch a bit and the E-brake isn't holding at all. Did I break the cable or something? Has anyone come across this?

Yeah i did that in my car. Get under the car and above the driveshaft you can see the e-brake cable and usually it breaks one of the ones for each side or you can see if it broke the main cable
