Steering wheel noise

Steering wheel noise I posted this on Corvette Forum...but this is really the technical site...
"My steering wheel makes an awful squeking noise when I turn it. Going straight no noise. I just had heads and cam done and I know they have to take something in the steering apart. Would anything they would have done cause this awful squeking/rubbing noise? Or should I just take it to the dealer and have them look at it."

The problem is I can't really tell from the picture where I'm supposed to apply the grease. Does any one have a better picture, illustration, or diagram that can help me with this?
Any help would be appreciated.
BTW car is a 2000 C5 A4.
