SLP Optional Progressive Package?

I'm looking for springs and on SLP's site they list an Optional Progressive Package...what is this? Here is the link... http://www.slponline.com/view_produc...RTNUMBER=70013
Are these any good? Also they offer shocks referred to as Bilstein Ultra Performance...how are these? http://www.slponline.com/view_produc...RTNUMBER=10578

Will these shocks and springs work well with my car? Anyone have any previous experience with these products>
