So it seems on the last run of bars there were some packaged with the incorrect size bushings.

So far it's only two front bars, and could well be that's all there were that had the incorrect bushings. And I'm taking a risk mentioning it in public since folks tend to freak out.... but I believe it's the right thing to do--so I can get anyone with the wrong size bushings the correct ones ASAP. So I'm asking anyone who's gotten a front bar in the last few weeks to please check your front mount bushing size.

There is danged involved, the bar will not fall off the car. It's just not as effective and can possibly make a little bit of noise as well. We don't want either, and I would like to make sure everyone has the correct parts.

If you have the wrong size (seems 1-1/2" is what made it in the boxes) instead of the correct 1-3/8" bushings, please call or e-mail me as soon as you can so I can get the correct items out to you as fast as possible.

Yes...you would measure the inside diameter of the bushing.

 

It looks like mine are fine...they both measure 1 3/8" on the inside diameter. Thanks for the heads-up though, but I'm good!

 

Excellent. Actually the wrong ones just say 1-1/2" on them.... If they don't you should be good, and you are since you measured. Glad to know the entire run isn't messed up. At least it's an easy problem. Don't want any, but as they go--this is one I'll take.
