alignments after lowering?

No. And it's not at all required. Bumpsteer kits aren't directly related to bumps. They simply alter the arc the tie-rods move in as the suspension moves. The lower you go the more and more critical they become. A moderate drop does not in any way demand a bumpsteer kit. In fact I don't even sell them.

Lowered mine with eibach pros and the rear was only off by a few millimeters. I didn't see the need for the the noisy rod ended adj phb i had installed anymore so i sold it. Car has done fine ever since.

Well I lowered on Stranos with 275/40 17's and needed the adjustable PHB to center the rear and eliminate fenderwell scrape on HARD turns which cause the suspension to articulate..... Worth it IMO.....
