Default Questions About A Setup

Okay I Just Got My New Rims And Nittos And I Belive When I Put Em On Im Gonna Get Significatn Wheel Hop So Ive Been Looking Into Suspension Mods To Give Me A Great Launch While Not Crapping Out My Cars Handleing For Street Use. The Local Shop I Spoke With Reccomended Doing Trailing Arms, A Panard Bar, And Bilsten Shocks With Airbags To Elminate Wheel Hop And Give Me A Good Launch... From What I Hear I Should Do A Tq Arm, Sfc's, And Lcas For A Good Launch I Would Think Their All Gonna Help But Im Not Rich... I Wanna Do This Right Though...... What Do You All Think I Should Do To Improve My Launches And Handeling For My Car And Please List In Order Of Importance Beacouse This Is He Order I Will Be Saving To Get For The Parts... Also The Shop Told Me This Would Elminate Rear Squat But I Thought I Wanted Squat Beacouse It Ment Weight Transfer????? Are These Two Things Different?

They left out relocation brackets (probably the
biggest direct impact on wheel hop) and want to
sell you a new Panhard (which has nothing to do
with that, only cornering and making up for any
off-centering you would get from lowering, which
isn't shown in the plan.

I would say get bolt-on LCA relocation brackets
and see whether you need anything else after that.
They are a mod you can do on the driveway (I
think the only special tool that makes things easier
is a Sawzall, you can get by with a hacksaw and
hand tools). You'll be working where the LCAs and
shocks are so if you had an itch to do those you
could, but if you want to go one piece at a time
the brakckets are where to start.

The drag bag doesn't help wheel hop, it helps
right rear wheel lift. Still a cheap bonus to
traction, if you are leaving single stripes.
