No pics, but they do look really sweet. Definitly an upgrade over stock and are priced very well. A lot harder to warp than stock but don't try becuase I'm sure you can...

As for the Brembo OEM. My race pads destroy them, but they never warp (even several millimeters thinner than spec). Guys have warped eradispeeds (and I'm sure there are a few sets of warped Brembos around as well). If you get enough guys beating on parts, somebody will break, bend, or destroy some of them.

Just remember not to park the car with the brakes real hot. Try not to slide into the driveway and park it, take it easy for a mile or two before you arrive. Try to cool things off a little first. This advice seems to have cured my problems with warped rotors on my 3rd gen F-body (I'd warp a set every 3,500 miles). After I learned to cool the brakes before parking the car, I quit having problems. This is not a cure all, just something that may help everyone out. They really are a product of how you treat them (brakes and pad and rotor life).

My thoughts.

I copied this from another post. I thought the brake warping info may be useful....

I really like my iRotors, good price and look sweet. All rotors will eventually warp if you beat on them alot. Even the most expensive rotors warp under abuse. The iRotors are stock replacements, but are a little better at warp resistance.

For the life of me I have not been able to warp or crack mine. I must be too easy on them

I've been happy with mine. Did do some extreme hard stops (2-3) and some rough city driving and they are still holding up really good. I attached a older picture for ya:

If you got your rotors zinc plated, is the plating holding up well or are they starting to rust like the stockers?

BTW, I replaced my front with Autozone rotors for $39 a piece and they still aren't warped after 25K. The stock front rotors warped at 15K.

I personally believe that warped rotors are caused by idiot tire changers and the so called idiot proof torque bars and air guns they use.

I now refuse to let them put the wheels back on unless they use a torque wrench while I stand and watch them.

The surface of the rotors, where the pad contacts, will begin to rust, only in water, like the stockers, after breaking in the rotors. ALL rotors will rust. It's a zinc coating and it all comes off quickly. However, the rest of the rotor, like the hub, will keep it's zinc coating and will never rust. As long as water doesn't touch the rotors, they will never rust.

I'll buy another set of them if these give up. The plating keeps them looking very nice.

once spring comes or some 70+ deg temps im gonna get these and i am guessing some hawk hps pads cause im gonna repaint and redecal my brakes, they are chipping a little cause i didnt do a good enough job the first time, not enough coats. ill get some pics up when i get it all done...again lol how about the pads? hawk hps good? i dont want a real agressive pad but something good to stop with minimal dust and no warping of the rotors lol

Hawk HPS pads are very mean, I love mine. But keep your wheels clean! Brake buildup is bad with mean brakes.
