Pictures of modified spring perches on HAL shocks?? Ran a search to find out what it takes to run something other than a HAL spring with their shocks. I kind of get the idea, but a picture is worth a 1000 words. Thanks in advance!

correct. A picture of either the Thunder seats or ones done at home will work.

I was wondering the same thing. I was wondering if anyone has modded their own front spring seats to fit the bigger aftermarket shocks (HALs). Is this something you can do with a bench vise, and rotary rasp & grinding wheels on my drill? Or should I pony up the $100 & buy a set from Thunder Racing? I don't want to tear the front end apart & then find out I have to wait a week for parts....
