IMO, do either the true dual exhaust or lower the car, not both.

My car is lowered 1.25" with Strano springs and I have 2.5" TD's. I have never scraped any part of the exhaust except for the turndowns once when I was flying down the road and nailed a bump. I wouldn't worry about it with the Eibach Pro-Kit. Just take it easy over speed bumps and such. I'm actually going to lower the car more when I get adjustable drag coilovers, so yes you can do both and be ok. BTW, my TD's were fabbed by a good shop with alot of experience doing TD's on 4th gens which helps with ground clearance over some random place taking a stab at it, I've seen some **** jobs that simply hang ridiculously too low.

If youre going to do both lower it first and then setup the exhaust at ride height so you can tuck it up as much as you can

mine's lowered 2 inches. i dont have true duals, but i dont think true duals can be any lower than my y pipe is....its BAD. if im not careful it'll scrape real easily. but ive only done it a couple times and learned real quick and have been fine since

Good point. I lowered mine first then did the exhaust. I still scrape every once in a while, but I just try to avoid the big bumps.

Anything can be done with a little custom fabrication, and that includes working on the floor pan. A hammer and doly on the floor pan can create enough space for a true dual setup and a lowered stance. I would so love to a see someone like Chip Foose make an ultimate 4th gen Camaro or Firebird. Just imagine what he could do.
