Default Hawk or EBC pads?

Hey guys, I just recently purchased a new set of centric blank rotors for the front of my SS. After researching a little bit i still havent made up my mind on which pads to run. Ive been looking at both the EBC redstuff and hawk HPS pads, does anyone have any experience with either of these? Ive heard good and bad things about both and cant make up my mind.

Thanks in advance.

I have the Hawk HPS pads and i love them. Been quiet the whole time i have had them. Only thing that you need to watch out for with these (and prolly every pad) is that when its real cold and wet ouside it feels like no matter how hard you step on the pedal they arent grabbing, but as soon as they warm up man you can really feel it grab. They have been fantastic for me so far.

hope that helps

I like my EBC yellows for street use and playing around at the local AX.
