Default v6 springs on ls1?

tried a search a search and didnt find anything...

if i put v6 springs/ shocks on the rear of my car will it launch better? and will it still drive ok on the street?

would it be beneficial to put v6 springs/ shocks in the front too?
also, what v6 spring/ shock would be best? 98+, 3rd gen, 93-97 ???

want a real cheap answer to launch a better while maintaining my DD drive-ability

after doing some more research i think i would want 98-02 front v6 springs/ shocks to get the 257 lbs/in vs the stock 294lb/in to help push the nose up and transfer the weight

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the v6 springs in the rear are the same as the V8. Nothing is really different back there.
Front has different spring rates.
The shocks on all 4 corners are still the same decrapons regardless of V6 or V8.

right, so would the 257lb/in fronts be good for an ls1? also whats the ebst/ cheapest shocks/ struts for a 95% street car that sees the track max of once a month and is a DD for 3-4 months a yr?
correct me if im wrong, but i think i was good rebound for the front and good bump for the rear, right?
