HELP! torque arm bolts came out
went to the track today and after the second pass i heard a bad noise coming form the rear..
long story short the top 2 bolts on my moser 12 bolt stripped the threads in the housing and the bottom bolts bent and the mount... my pinion angle went to like -45 and was hitting everything
WHAT SHOULD I DO? is it possible to drill from the bottom bolts to the top and just put a big *** grade 8 through bolt?
on a side note, this whole rear end thing cause my tranny to not want to left me shift into certain gears (long story short, at one point i could shift into every gear and move but at the moment the car is stuck in 4th and wont come out... could getting my pinion angle back to normal fix this shifting issues?)

Hello
That is one of the biggest problems with a Moser 12 bolt. I always suggest using Loctite and making sure that the bolts are torqued to spec. Unfortunately you are not able to drill from one hole to the other. If you did a few searched you will see how a lot of people have this issue. And what type of methods are used to eliminate that issue. If you have any other questions feel free to ask and I will be more than glad to help.
Thanks
Brad
