Rear End Install !NEEDHELPFAST!

Rear End Install !NEEDHELPFAST! I'm doing this at my work place and now my car is up on stands and in the way of producting tomorrow this is a big deal.
So here is a list of all the stuff I've installed.
-Moser 12bolt
-UMI Adj. Torque with Relocation Bracket
-UMI Adj. LCA's with Relocation Bracket
-UMI Adj. Panhard Bar
-Koni 4/3 shocks *only the rears installed at this time* (set to the softest setting)
-HeaterHose Mod done to factory 2001 WS6 springs
So here is the issue, I have everything in place set to factory settings. All the mounting bolts are loose because I want to load the suspension before tightening as the instructions call for. Well I let the rear end hang free with the car up on stands. I place a jack under the third member of the rear and jack. I only get about 1/2" to 1" MAX of travel before the whole car starts lifting. Now I'm thinking this might be normal since everything is newly installed maybe not set just right and things are a bit stiffer but with the full weight of the car on the rear end I'll test fit my tire and I have about twice as much wheel gap as I had before. This makes me think something is way wrong.
Any help is appreciated guys. I could really use some input.
A few things I've though of, no nothing is binding between the rear and the car. No I'm pretty sure its not the Koni's because I have wiggle them very easily by hand. Don't think its the LCA because I can still spin the mounting bolts with my fingers.
Panhard bar, Torque Arm are the culpret(s) ?
