Default Is this normal?

Well last night i bolted on the 16inch nittos and i wasnt too happy about traction. I wanted to know what i can do to get traction on the street? I was thinking maybe it was the weather, it was 45 degrees out last night. Well i guess i need some suspension mods. Oh and i had the psi at 20 and i did heat them up. So what do yall think is this normal? Or was it just because of the weather? Thanks

I have 17 in. Nitto's, I heard there good but 16's are better? Umm, I usually hook up all right on the street at 20 psi. Obviously suspension mods. are a must in our cars. So I'm planning on doing suspension mods next. One more thing I know for a fact that the weather didn't help at all...
