4 channel rear end in a non-ABS vehicle?

4 channel rear end in a non-ABS vehicle? I've got a 4th gen rear in my car but its a 3 channel (non-ABS), and I found another one for my dads IROC-Z that is a 4 channel rear. Will it work without an ABS equipped vehicle? I'm wondering if the rear will have a small hole for a sensor that will simply need to be covered, or will it flat out not even work?
