I phoned SLP and they said their Bilsteins are made to their engineering specs and they have a proportional rate unlike the HDs claiming they will result is a less-rough ride over impacts.

My advice -- call SLP, call Bilstein, call Strano and do still more homework -- only then make your decision.

What do you expect they to say? I have the part numbers, and I sell both versions too. SLP only sells SLP versions. Do the math.
