Torque measurements on UMI Suspension Parts
I just bought a UMI PHB, LCA and SFC's from another board member, brand new. I was able to debolt and take off everything by a simple 1/2" ratchet, the driver side bolt on the PHB was quite a PITA I had to get in a runners pose and use my leg and foot to get it off, looked quite silly but worked.
I bolted everything back on as tight as possible by hand. My question is does this need to be torqued down and what lb/ft measurement on each part?
Also have a Torque Arm coming in the mail from UMI, is this possible to install in my garage without a lift?

Hello
You should be fine installing the torque arm in your garage. I would suggest jacking the car up and using jack stands to allow you to have enough room under the vehicle. And the torque specs for the components are below.
LCA's & PHB- 90ft lbs
SFC's Rear 90ft lbs and front 70ft lbs
Torque Arm mounting bracket 120ft lbs
If you have any other questions feel free to ask. And I will be more than glad to help.
Thanks
Brad
