can some one give there opinion on whats going on
Rpm speed dimpled rotors and duralast pads

Could be the pad material or the chatter clips contacting rotor.

The caliper is bound up for some reason. I would be taking it apart and checking the pin slides on the calipers and making sure they are moving back and forth smoothly. Having them bind will cause the caliper not to release all the way and cause the binding. I don't think it is the pads or the rotors specifically, I think the caliper is bound up for some reason and just clamping down. The grinding that sounds like metal to metal might be the caliper clips scraping for some reason.
Also, next time you might want to turn off the radio if you want people to hear the sound better.

Yeah sorry for the radio didn't feel like getting bak up, I figured itwas my sliders or somthin, my cousin took my jack so ill be taking to a friends shop tuesday
