Default How do you center a Moser 9 inch rear end housing?

My setup is a 01 F-Body, Proline springs, Spohn adjustable panhard bar, UMI adjustable torque arm. I have no vibration at freeway speed so assume I am very close on pinion angle adjustment. What I am experiencing is a feeling of slight bind when I engage the clutch from stop. It feels like the first revolution is not smooth. Once rolling I don't notice anything wrong. I have attempted to center the housing by use of a straight edge on the face of each tire and using position on the well flange. Is this correct and how close should they be to each other? Thanks
