Weird that konis have been mentioned so frequently...

Wow love the response to this thread. After sommer86 reply, i realized I forgot to mention I have new rear axles as well so that's not my problem.

The only thing I have yet to test is:

1. Swapping rims (which I have a full set of 4th gen rims)
2. Drive shaft imbalance or pinon angle issues

I spent this weekend sound proofing the car and fixing intermittent HID issues so I didn't have the time to concentrate on the vibration problem. But I will! Stay patient guys. Keep your experiences coming though as it helps me and everyone else who seems to have the same problem.

Didn't read a lot of the thread.. But my guess is a DS out of balance or a bent rear axle

Any updates?

I've got mine up in the air right now for a rack and pinion swap but i picked up a different set of rims to try. These i had road force balanced but with the traditional hammer on weight's. I've always been told that they balance better that way, albeit uglier. Once i get the rack done, i'll throw on the wheels and report back.

Well! I've now changed both outer tie rods & brake lines & got another alignment.
Still getting vibration through the seat at 80-100 the only thing now is that the visors & door mirrors no longer seem to vibrate.

Not sure where to go next, thinking about rebuilding my calipers. I'm convinced it has to be something up front as every little thing I do seems to be a slight improvement.
