Default Has Anyone Powdercoated Rotors?

Curious to see if anyone has ever had their rotors powder coated? I was planning on buying some cross drilled and slotted rotors and powder coating everything the slots holes and everything. Then putting them on a brake lathe on a final cut. Anyone done this before?

I've coated a number of sets.

The trick is finding someone with a lathe willing to cut them when they are slotted/drilled. Its alot harder on the lathe than standard rotors. Does look awesome though.

i was thinking about it myself. i went to my local shop and the guy was very cool. he gave me a price of 50 each. he also told me i'd be just as happy buying red engine paint and painting them myself. he told me he could not warranty the powder coating on rotors because all the chemicals people spray on there tires and rims. he said i'd be better off painting them and just cleaning and repainting them everytime i do my brakes.
