Default Alignment after adjustable panhard?

I have a 99 Camaro SS convertible, and am trying to install 315/35 nittos. I realized that my passenger side tire is about a 1/2" further away from the edge of the fender than the driver side. So I am going to purchase an adjustable panhard bar and try again. Will I need an alignment after making the adjustments with the new panhard bar? I just got the car aligned yesterday, and really don't want to have to do that again. Thanks for the help.

You can align the rear by yourself, no need to take it to a shop. There's a few different techniques on here, popular one is to hang strings off the ends of the car and adjust your PHB until it's even on each side.
