Default UMI adjustable torque arm broke!

Just wondering if anybody else has had this problem. I couldn't believe it when i saw it. It broke in the circled area where the line is.

Yeah I broke mine there. I emailed UMI with pics of it and they had me a new one by the end of the week that is a newer design

Nice, do you know there contact information? I already have some pictures of it where it broke still on the car, will just to email them from my phone. It's only got 5k street miles, behind a cam only car.

taken with my camera phone, emailed the tech support at UMI. Hopefully they will get back to me soon.
